Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, only unopened packages are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Opened Packages: If the package has been opened, returns will only be accepted if the customer submits a return request within 3 days of receiving the product and provides photographic evidence that the item has not been used or worn.

2. Return and Refund Process

  • Communication Requirement: All return or refund requests must first be communicated and approved via email at service@vivbliss.com. We do not accept unilateral actions such as chargebacks through PayPal or credit card companies without prior communication.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the product price, excluding the original shipping fee.
  • Payment Platform Fee: A transaction fee of approximately 4%, as charged by payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe, will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact deduction will depend on the actual fee incurred.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item(s). We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the return is received.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, items that show any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at service@vivbliss.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verifying the issue.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at service@vivbliss.com with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
  2. For opened packages, include clear, time-stamped photographs of the item showing it has not been used or worn.
  3. Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide return instructions.
