1. Production & Order Confirmation
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each order is custom-made rather than mass-produced. Once we receive your order and payment, our artisans will require approximately 3 business days to produce your item. After production, your order will be shipped within 1 business day, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Taking into account the production period and subsequent shipping, the overall estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days. We select the most appropriate shipping method based on your delivery address to ensure a timely arrival.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the total amount.
4. Customs & Duties
All customs duties and import taxes are covered by our store, so you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
5. Compensation for Delays
- If the delivery exceeds the estimated time by 3 or more days, we will offer a 10% refund on the product price.
- If the delay reaches 10 or more days, a full refund for the product will be issued.
